Personal Assistant to CEO (Based in Cambodia)
Duties include the following:
- Travel with the CEO
- Provide general operational support to the CEO and other executives
- Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages
- Presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate internal / external meetings and assist with the follow-up action items
- Produce diverse reports, compile, analyse findings and data for presentation to the senior management
- Anticipate, organise and coordinate work flow and diary management; manage incoming and outgoing correspondences / calls
- Manage relationship with the travel company and assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, and other related administration
- Provide ad-hoc support as required
The successful candidate will have:
- At least a diploma in any discipline
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- The ability to speak and write in Chinese as you will be supporting the Chinese management team
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- The ability to problem-solve independently, or with minimal supervision.
- Experience in managing immediate superior family matters will be advantages

HR Admin Lead - Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Our client – a leading Tech Company is looking for a HR cum Admin lead who will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities. The successful candidate will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative functions.
Position base in :Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Job description:
- Monitor daily HR and admin operations
- Monitor compensation – ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits.
- Review and ensure accuracy on monthly payroll processing
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
- Provide directions and manpower planning according to company’s development structure.
- responsible for office management, fixed-assets management etc
- Assist on any ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Min 3 years HR admin related experiences
- Experienced in leading a team
- Familiar with HR admin procedures and operations
- Able to work independently
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin so as to communicate with the Chinese stakeholders
- Able to relocate to oversea
- Strong in communication and organised
- able to take stress
